A heartfelt approach to childcare.
About Heart Centered Nannies
Heart Centered Nannies was born from my life as both a mother and a nanny — and from the deep understanding that comes from standing in both places.
As a mother, I know what it feels like to carry the invisible weight of everything. The sleepless nights. The constant giving. The quiet worry about whether your child is okay when you can’t be the one holding them. Your children are your heart, and trusting someone else with them is never just practical — it’s emotional.
As a nanny, I have also had the privilege of being that trusted person inside someone else’s home. I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it is when a caregiver shows up not just for the child, but for the whole family. Through my studies in psychology and early childhood education, I came to understand how deeply the early years shape who we become. Children don’t just need to be watched — they need to be understood, respected, and nurtured in environments where they feel safe and secure. But I also saw something that often goes unspoken. I saw the parents. I saw the exhaustion. The mental load. The way a clean kitchen, folded laundry, or simply walking into a calm, prepared home could bring visible relief to an overtired mother or father at the end of a long day. I realized that care is not just about the child — it’s about supporting the family as a whole.
These experiences stayed with me. They shaped me. And they led me to create Heart Centered Nannies. I wanted to build something more personal. An agency rooted in empathy and intention. A place where families feel truly supported, and where caregivers are chosen not only for their qualifications, but for their heart.
Heart Centered Nannies is a reflection of everything I believe: that children deserve presence, that parents deserve support, and that the right caregiver can bring peace, balance, and warmth into a home. This work is not just my profession — it is my calling. And it is my honor to help families find someone they can trust with what matters most.
